NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP?

Do you ever toss and turn in your bed at night? Or have a hard time falling asleep? You have counted all the sheep but still sleep is not nearby, instead you have ended up watching the clock hour by hour.

 

Many people use benzodiazepines or sedative medications to help them sleep.  Others take Gravol or Benadryl (because of its drowsy property) to help them fall asleep.  The more natural source that people often use is melatonin, however, the amount of melatonin sold in the market is about 10x the amount that your body needs leaving you groggy and "hungover". 

 

My husband always had a hard time falling asleep.  It would take him an hour or so before he would finally fall asleep.  We recently discovered QSleep.  It has 1mg of melatonin (less than the amount sold in stores) and different sources of herbal extracts which promotes restful sleep and helps your body mind and body rejuvenate.  I took about 3 days of continuous use for him to adjust to the spray.  The first night he used it, it wasn't very effective.  The second night was better and by the third night of using QSleep, he was asleep in 15 mins.  The snoring was also less and he was able to have a solid goodnight's sleep.  He woke up refreshed, not groggy and well rested!

Fun fact: According to an article from TheGuardian, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention claimed that insomnia increases the risk of heart attack, cancer and obesity. Insomnia is related to all major psychiatric conditions.
